RETURN POLICY
If you want to return an order you bought online, you can return to the store or return by mail within 14 days of purchase.
Any returned items that show signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage and/or missing tags, will be refused.
All items marked final sale cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
RETURN TO STORE
We are happy to accept your items for store credit or exchange in our Sara Jane Chicago retail store. Our only request is that you bring your packing slip and/or invoice with you when you visit our store to return your item(s).
RETURN BY MAIL
If you would prefer to ship your item(s) back to us, feel free to do so at your own expense. Please follow the instructions below:
Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging.
Include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure full store credit.
It is recommended that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
Please save your tracking number as we are not liable for lost packages. You can expect a store credit for the purchase within 30 days of our receiving the returned order.
